Can I book just a consultation?
Yes. A free fifteen-minute consultation is a good idea before big changes or colour corrections. Choose “Consultation only” in the form.
Do I need a patch test for colour?
If you are new to colour with us, yes — a quick patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. We arrange it when we confirm your booking.
What if I am running late?
Let us know by replying to your confirmation email. We will always try to fit the full service in, or adjust it so the finish is not rushed.
Should I arrive with clean hair?
Come as you are. For colour, hair washed a day or two before is ideal; for cuts, every service includes a wash.
